Our Story

TJ’s Kitchen is a small, independent food operation built on consistency, care, and professionalism.

We began as a pop-up food service at Camarillo Springs Golf Course and have focused on providing reliable, day-to-day service within an active course environment. Our approach has always been hands-on, detail-oriented, and rooted in respect for food safety, guests, and the space we’re operating in.

Operating in a setting like a golf course requires flexibility and cooperation, and we’ve approached our work with that understanding—adapting as conditions evolve while maintaining steady standards and a strong work ethic.

As we look ahead, our focus is on investing in a fully equipped mobile kitchen that allows us to operate efficiently and responsibly as opportunities expand in the future.
