We began as a pop-up food service at Camarillo Springs Golf Course in 2023. We focus on providing reliable, day-to-day service within an active course environment. Our approach is hands-on, detail-oriented, and rooted in respect for food safety, guests, and the space we’re operating in.

TJ’s Kitchen exists to serve well, stay adaptable, and build something durable over time. We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the  community that has supported us along this journey. 

Thanks to the crew at Golden State Trailers, after 3 years we are finally awaiting the delivery of our custom built trailer.  T and I couldn't be more excited.
